1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a laptop from Bustani Lowlands Agencies Ltd (referred to as “the Seller”), you agree to
abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with
the purchase.
2. Product Information
The Seller strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the laptops offered for sale.
However, the specifications, features, and availability of laptops may change without notice. The images
of products on the website or the product sheet are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the
actual product.
3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order for a laptop, you must provide accurate and complete information during the ordering
process. The price for the laptop is as listed on the website or quotation at the time of purchase. For
online and new customers, payment must be made in full before the laptop is shipped or made available
for pickup.
4. Shipping and Delivery
The Seller will make reasonable efforts to ship the laptop to the address provided during the ordering
process within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, the Seller is not responsible for delays
caused by factors beyond their control. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated during the
checkout or order confirmation process.
5. Returns and Refunds
Laptops may be returned within 2 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened
condition. Opened laptops may be eligible for a refund or exchange only if they are found to be
defective. Refunds for returned Products will be issued using the same payment method used for the
original purchase. The refund amount may be subject to deduction of any applicable restocking fees,
usage and condition (determined by us).
6. Technical Support
We provide technical support for the Product as outlined in the support documentation provided with
the Product.
7. Warranty
Laptops sold by the Seller come with a 1-year manufacturer stipulated warranty, covering defects in
materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or
unauthorized modifications. Any modifications or upgrades made to the Product not authorized by us
may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Software and Operating System
The Product may come with pre-installed software and an operating system. Any software licenses
provided are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective licensors. Any software required will
be purchased by the buyer.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising
from the use of or inability to use the laptop, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of
such damages. The Product is intended for legal use and shall not be used for any illegal, unauthorized,
or prohibited purposes.
10. Repairs
Repairs are undertaken at the owner’s risk, absolving us of any potential losses. A non-refundable
diagnostic fee applies for assessing computer issues, which is deductible from the total repair cost if
proceeding. While efforts will be made to safeguard data during repairs, data loss responsibility rests
with the owner, emphasizing the need for data backup prior to repair submission.
11. Indemnification
By purchasing a laptop, you agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claims, losses,
liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of the laptop or any
violation of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts in Kenya and or PPRA.

* Acknowledge goods are delivered in good condition as they are by signing and stamping this Delivery Note.
* Notice must be given to us of any goods not received within two days taken from the date of dispatch stated on delivery.
* Any good unsealed WILL NOT be accepted back. No goods may be returned without prior authorisation from company.
* Any Shortage or damage must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
* The Goods are covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
